Lee is everywhere Advocus is: Chicagoland, Downstate Illinois, and Wisconsin. He spends his days strategizing with his team on how to best serve agents and carry out our mission. Lee describes his leadership style as pragmatic:

"My personal motto, Drive on, underlies everything I do in my role at Advocus. I try to be hands-on and engaged at all times—with agents, customers, and coworkers. When questions or problems come up, I'll help resolve them through careful consideration."

Lee joined Advocus in 2021 with extensive experience as a title insurance sales executive as well as previous management experience.

Outside work, Lee is almost always on the move. His hobbies include working out and going to the shooting range. As an Army Reservist, Lee is passionate about service, team building, and leadership. When he has a moment to relax you will find him, mug of black coffee in hand, with his Chocolate Lab, Teddy.
